Marcus Morris scored 20 points and helped the 6th ranked Kansas to have a great start in the second half and finally defeat North Texas by 93-60, on Friday. This victory also helped the Kansas to improve their March madness odds.
Kansas also made a school record with its 62nd consecutive victory at Allen Fieldhouse.
Markieff Morris contributed with 13 points and eight rebounds and Elijah Johnson scored 11 off the bench.
North Texas on the other hand, which defeated Texas Tech this season, was leading with 14 points, scored by Tristan Thompson. But their final loss disappointed several college basketball betting fans.
During the first half, the Mean Green shot 37 percent from the floor, but was behind by only nine points by the break. Kansas then opened the second period with a 20-2 run and eventually led by 37 points.
Kansas continued to improve their position in the college basketball lines with their 62nd consecutive win.
