NFL Betting: NY Jets Oust Denver


LaDainian Tomlinson scored two touchdowns together with the go-ahead score in the last 1:13 minutes, helping the New York Jets to beat the Denver Broncos, 24-20. This was the Jets fifth win in a row, since they opened the season with a home loss to Baltimore, which rejoiced the NFL betting fans.

Tomlinson completed 55 yards on the ground for New York (5-1), while quarterback Mark Sanchez connected on 17-of-30 passes for 198 yards and one touchdown, as he threw his first two interceptions of the season.  Kyle Orton completed 14-of-34 for 209 yards with one touchdown for the Broncos (2-4). Denver broke a tie on 48-yard field goal by Matt Prater with 3:55 remaining in the fourth quarter. This loss will have an adverse effect on the NFL odds of Denver.
